Hey, i could happily design a banner for you if you want, im good with photoshop cs3 so i could perhaps make one but you will need to help me get a picture make it a decent picture though like :

all staff, Mods, admins and owners could be standing at the front saying join us or something while some members are at the back dancing :D. Just and idea, but then i could make it all graphical and stuff like :

rendered, shaded, brushed ect.
